1.How can I get the price?
Since we are a factory, so most of the products can be customized or OEM, please leave a message or contact  (sales manager: Justin Ho) to get a quotation.

2.Can I get a sample?
Yes, we provide free samples, but the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost. You can T/T the money to us or provide you Express (DHL, TNT) account to us. Then we will send out in 24 hours and the buyer can receive within 3-5 days.

3.Can I customize an item and do my own designs?
Yes, again, we are a real factory; we support Customized Items and OEM. We have designers that can help you to design your own product items.

4.Are the materials food grade?
Yes, For Food items, any material we use for food items meet the food grade requirements. We have SGS certificate for food grade items.

5.How long will my order last for?
Usually, the lead time for samples is about 3-5days. Once you confirm the samples, the mass production will be finished within 7 business days.

6.What's the price term and payment method?
Basically, all prices will be quoted in FOB Guangzhou, but we can also provide shipment and insurance (CIF) service. Once you place an order, you need to T/T at least 30% down payment to us, and the balance must be paid against the copy of B/L.
